Is Cosmetic Grade Hydrogen Peroxide (3%) good for your skin or has anyone tried ettas skin bleaching powder???

Hydrogen Peroxide breaks into free radicals. (Free radicals are what cause skin damage and wrinkles.) I do not recommend it for use on the face at all.
