yeah their stuff is really good, people think that because its only 1 dollar that it would be horrible but i own a few things from them that i really love. But not everything is great, you just have to take a risk, or do some reasearch go on youtube and type in ELF or ELF haul and people give reveiws on the stuff they ordered from the webstie (eyeslipsface.com)
Brushes, Cream Eyeshadows are really good. But not sure about other stuff. You can always check reviews/ratings on www.makeupalley.com or www.youtube.com/
some of their professional stuff is 3 dollars. yeah, it's not too bad. eyeslipsface.com or target
