A mother's looks are genetic. They are in her genes that were passed on to her from her parents. Any facelifting or such has no affect on genetics. So, No. If only though huh? Personally I am not a believe in any kind of plastic surgery. But maybe we have a certain feature we dont want to pass on to our kids. But that's not for us to choose.
