my lips are a little full, but not what i want, i want longer heartshaped lips.Is there a cosmetic surgery to reshape lips ?

Don't start messing with your lips!! It will never turn out like you want. Be satisfied with what God gave you. Trying to make a lip longer is just weird and will surely turn out strange looking. Everyone's are different. Everyone should just be content with what they've got unless they have something deformed or something like that.
